GLW/BP400-NY drilling mud decanter centrifuge is a new solid control equipment which designed and manufactured by our company in order to meet the rapid development of drilling technology. This centrifuge can solve the problems in the drilling projects such as high viscosity, high gravity, high molecular, difficult separation and to be controlled of polymer drilling fluid etc.
This type centrifuge takes stepless speed adjustment technology in order to be used in different drilling conditions to grade and separate the solid grain in the drilling fluid, to achieve one machine with multi-purpose function. The centrifuge is equipped with frequency conversion and speed adjustment closed-loop control system. According to the actual drilling process as well as the the drilling fluid viscosity, density and slags amount changes in different strata, using current signals of main motor, the displacement of slurry pump and actual parameters of high-speed centrifuge will be automatically adjusted. The centrifuge is closed loop controlled so that slags amount and treating capacity is always at the maximum state.
This centrifuge is used mainly for controlling the density and viscosity of the drilling fluid, reducing the solids content, removing harmful solids particles or recovering heavy crystas, and performing second recovery in the bottom steam of the cyclone so as to guarantee the super characteristic of the well drilling liquid and heighten the well drilling speed.
