ZCQ Vacuum degasser is important equipment to get rid of little invaded gas. Usually, for O&G drilling we¡¯ll set vacuum degasser behind shale shaker. Vacuum degasser is also called gas buster. The main principle is through negative pressure suck drilling fluid to separate gas out.
Working Principle and features:
Taking advantage of the pumping action of the vacuum fan, ZCQ vacuum degasser forms negative voltage in vacuum tank. Under the action of the atmosphere pressure, drilling liquid will enter into the rotating shaft through inlet pipe and spurting to tank skin from the window of the hollow shaft. Under the action of the pumping vacuum and gas separator, immersed gas of drilling fluid will explore and gas will release from it. After releasing gas drilling fluid will enter the evacuated cave being of dry weight and the tank through Volta ting blade. It is also used with various kinds of clean circulating systems for drilling. The gas-fluid separation structure of the degasser is well-designed. It can ensure efficient separation and can filter raffles in order to make sure the smooth of the blast pipe. This employs a water ring vacuum system degasser and is used for degassing combustible gas and explosive gas.
